The Family / Pro plan supports up to 5 user accounts. Corporate Pro supports up to 25, which covers extended families or households with staff.
Can each family member see only their own documents?
Yes. Each user account has its own private space. The account owner can also create shared folders for documents the whole family needs access to.
What is emergency access?
Emergency access lets you designate a trusted person — a spouse, sibling, or lawyer — who can request access to your vault. You receive a notification and can approve or deny the request.
Is it safe to store children's documents?
Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest with AES-256, and only account holders with the correct credentials — or people they share a link with — can open them.
Can I get notified when a family member's passport is expiring?
