We only collect the information necessary to provide our secure document storage service. This includes account information (email address) and encrypted documents.

2. Encryption

Your documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) and are kept in private, access-controlled storage tied to your account. Access by EverDocs staff is restricted and limited to what is needed to operate and support the service. If you choose to use optional AI features, the document you select is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to answer your request.

3. Data Storage

Your encrypted data is stored securely in Enterprise-grade infrastructure. We comply with GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.
